Hong Kong Mental Math Academy(before EC Learning Center) Established in 2011, it belongs to the Hong Kong branch of the World Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Federation. The World Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Federation was established on October 28, 2002. Its members are all over the world, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Australia, South Korea and Du...
